Appointments
Appointments are available Monday through Friday with early morning and evening times. For our patients that are unable to make it to us, we will come to you! If you are unable to find childcare, can’t leave the office or are in too much pain to drive house calls are available.
At Individual Physical Therapy Solutions all appointments are scheduled one on one with your physical therapist. In order to deliver the highest level of care we do not utilize PT assistances or PT aides.

Fees and Consultations
Individual Physical Therapy Solutions is an out of network provider with all commercial insurances, but we are Medicare participating providers. We will gladly help you by submitting an out of network claim to your insurance company or provided you with the forms needed to file a claim under the terms of your insurance plan.
Ours fees are considered reasonable and customary for the level of care and service provided.
For those with financial hardship flexible payment plans can be arranged.
